We were going to visit two or three mattress locations and Mattress Firm at Polaris was our first and last stop. The sales representative, Ty, was wonderful. He asked questions about my sleeping habits, my health (recovering from cervical spine surgery and have hip problems) and was able to recommend a great mattress. His customer service was beyond excellent!! I haven’t experienced that kind of service in a very long time! We left after ordering a mattress and a few other items. Delivery and haul away was on time and also a 10. I highly recommend Mattress Firm but I would want to purchase only from Ty again. He made sure we were satisfied with our purchase and that we stayed within our budget. The entire experience was a 10 thanks to him! Deb Miller
