No pressure, no BS about loosing out on sale prices, just a nice guy to help us make the right choice for us. We continued shopping over the week and even priced it online. Mattress firm was the same price as Nectar online but we were able to try it out. I called back in a few days and had Jeremy complete what we ordered easy & quick. Paid securely online with CC. We experienced personable, knowledgeable, and helpful service in the store. Ty made an overwhelming and daunting task more comforting and enjoyable. The “120 Night Low Price Guarantee” was also such a flawless process. When I noticed our mattress was on a sale a couple of months after our purchase, I contacted the store via their website messaging service, and I received a prompt text response immediately honoring the sale price and crediting us the difference.
