We wanted to upgrade to a king size when we replaced our mattress. We had a budget in mind, were pretty sure we wanted a hybrid mattress and hoped for delivery within a week.Nate was very helpful and informative. He quickly helped us confirm that a hybrid mattress met our needs then he listened and provided options when we told him our budget. Delivery was scheduled within 3 days and we were on our way after about an hour. We had a Great experience at Mattress Firm!

Courteous, friendly staff and quality products. Nate did an excellent job getting right to what I wanted and getting me out the door quickly. Purchased a clearance mattress for spare bedroom and took it with me that day. Very reasonably priced. When it's time to upgrade the mattress for the master bedroom, there is no question where I will shop.
