The sales associate Bryan was very informative And professional. Explained the differences between the quality of the products. Explain the details of delivery and very clear about pricing. The whole process of purchasing was quick and easy. Would highly recommend speaking with Bryan and the Medina location .

I went to the store looking for a mattress Bryan the sales manager was great. He listened to what I was looking for and showed me many options. I never mentioned price with him and he didn't try to sell me anything. Bryan even recommended other stores to try different mattress. I ended up buying a mattress form him, I had a great experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

My wife and I brought the kids in to pick out the first big boy bed for the middle child. We had been trying to get him in his big kid bed with the old foam mattress for months. The kids had so much fun trying all the beds samples. Jimi was fantastic. Courteous, helpful, honest and upfront with us. He even helped us save a little extra on top of everything. The day before delivery, they didn't have the basic low profile box spring in stock for the size we ordered, so he got us upgraded to a better more expensive one that was the same profile with no additional costs. The drivers were on time and unloaded quickly and took it up stairs. I got text and email alerts with no effort for me. Wish I would have got relatively new original mattress factory king size here last year. Thanks for making a memory for the kids who got to experience it all. Watching my son asleep in it now on the first try, priceless.

I walked into mattress firm needing a new mattress, however, I wasn’t really sure which one was the right one for me. I walked in and saw tons of mattresses and thought this was going to be a monumental task to figure out which mattress I want. Luckily, Bryan from Mattress Firm in Medina met me at the door and very politely greeted me and was quick to listen to what exactly I needed and wanted, he answered all my questions and displayed a wealth of knowledge and experience. He was very polite, professional, patient, personable and courteous. I absolutely love my mattress and adjustable base. This was my first time buying a mattress and I’m happy to say I did it right the first time!
