Friendly, knowledgeable salesmen who were able to answer all my questions. They were informative, patient, and not pushy. Mattress Firm offers 120 day mattress switch (with fees) and also offers money back if a future price (within 4 months of purchase) is lower - or if price is lower at another store. Overall good experience shopping at mattress firm and was able to find my preferred mattress style without feeling rushed.

Don’t waste your time looking for a mattress. After we were scammed by Original mattress factory I visited Mattress firm. They have the best policy. You can exchange the mattress with no extra fee or you can return it with only losing ten percent of the actual cost. The customer service is great, policy is fair and the quality of the mattresses is the best. Please, don’t visit Original Mattress Factory. They took advantage of a retired veteran who happened to trust them.
