I called about a cooling mattress cover. I walked in and started touching and feeling the different mattresses while the salesman assisted the customer already in the store. I asked questions and he answered them without issue. He explained all the features and differences between the mattresses I was interested in. Told him what I wanted and that was it! Very knowledgeable and patient.

David was the salesman that worked with me as a first time customer and someone who had never bought their own mattress before. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very patient as I worked through the different options. He did all of this on a day he wasn’t even supposed to be working, which left a great impression. After explaining and trying the different types of mattresses I was able to decide on one that while a little more than I expected to pay, I am comfortable and confident that it will last and be able to provide its full value.
