My whole experience here was excellent!! Our mattress expert Matt was awesome. Couldn’t ask for better service. And the delivery service was superb!!! Makai and Joe did an excellent job. Very friendly and made sure everything was as expected. They made the experience as a whole one of the best experiences I have ever had!!! The salesman, Matt, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked us through different options as we tried out several beds. He even moved a mattress onto a different foundation so we could try out the exact combination (mattress and foundation) before we purchased. Matt made helpful suggestions, was not pushy and gave my husband and I time to chat about the purchase decision alone. The store was clean and prices were clearly marked. Very positive experience!

Zach was very helpful. He showed us multiple mattresses and didn't try to pressure us into a choice. We had our toddlers in there, and he was patient and understanding when we had to wrangle them. We ended up buying a different mattress than we went in for and feel very confident in our purchase because of Zach's help and knowledge. I highly recommend this location.

I bought a queen adjustable bed in Rossford Ohio, Zak was the gentleman that took care of us and he was superb. He answered every question we ask right away, the only question he had to look up was the delivery date. He was absolutely the man you want working for your company. I think he deserves a nice raise 😉

We worked with Zach. We were greeted upon entering, and throughout the entire experience, Zach was kind, patient, and did not pressure us one bit. I usually hate the salesman-selling experience, but he was very pleasant to work with, and I’d absolutely work with him again. Good selection of mattresses, and we were given plenty of time to try them out and go back and forth between them to compare. Overall, we had a very nice experience and felt like we were treated respectfully and courteously. Biggest factor was that there was absolutely no pressure - which was very important in my decision to purchase a mattress from them.
