The salesman, Matt, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He walked us through different options as we tried out several beds. He even moved a mattress onto a different foundation so we could try out the exact combination (mattress and foundation) before we purchased. Matt made helpful suggestions, was not pushy and gave my husband and I time to chat about the purchase decision alone. The store was clean and prices were clearly marked. Very positive experience!

I bought a queen adjustable bed in Rossford Ohio, Zak was the gentleman that took care of us and he was superb. He answered every question we ask right away, the only question he had to look up was the delivery date. He was absolutely the man you want working for your company. I think he deserves a nice raise 😉

I went to Mattress Firm in Perrysburg and i was helped by Zach. This is not the first time he helps us and to be honest he was super patient, went above and beyond and explained everything to make sure we choose wisely and get what we are really looking for. He Didn't even tried to push us to purchase something as a salesman commissioner’s would do. Very respectful, genuine and nice guy. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

Walked in to just look for a mattress. My fiancee and I were greeted by Zack and after a few questions directed us to what we were looking for . He was super personable, knowledgeable, and no sales pressure at all ! Made us feel comfortable being in the store. Matress firm is lucky to have him . We ended up buying right then .

Matt at the Rossford location was awesome! Let him know what I was looking for and he showed me options available. I Made my choice and he did not pressure me into something that didnt fit my needs and budget. I appreciated it so much decided on another mattress the next day and went back to see him for a second mattress. Thanks Matt! Will know where to go in the future for any of our mattress needs ( and the sheep, lol)
