Damien in Sandusky was so accommodating, friendly and awesome. He remembered me from buying my bed last September. I just moved to my daughters where the New bed was delivered. Unfortunately it wasn’t a good fit for me. I am handicapped and the bed was too soft for me to be able to function. Damien was able to arrange to send another mattress and it will be here in 9 days. He was awesome!!

What a great experience! I was dreading the thought of looking for a mattress. I walked into Mattress Firm in Sandusky & was greeted by all the staff. Very positive atmosphere. Darien took care of us. He was up beat, pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. I felt that I was well taken care of and never pressured.
