Was greeted when we walked in , even though he was helping a customer checking out, and another looking at mattresses. After asking our price range he directed us in the right direction for the specific kind of mattress I was looking for. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up buying the one he pointed out to us. Plus he had cold spring water on hand to offer us which is a definite plus.
