What an amazing man Barry is! Thank you so much for helping in ever aspect from Bed Frame to Pillows!! I called this morning looking for certain items and Berry assured me he had them on hand in stock at his store. We walked in the store and was met with a welcoming greeting, Berry knew exactly who I was and what I needed because he remembered me from the call earlier. He explained excellently our options on bed frames and showed us a few pillow options according to our needs, we left with everything that we needed & wanted purchased with a happy smile!! No pressure from our knowledgeable salesman Gary. He encouraged me to take all the time I needed and I feel that he went out of his way to make the process as simple as possible. The showroom was well organized and restrooms were very clean . I received detailed instructions re care of mattress and pillow. Even though I dreaded the process initially, Gary turned it into a comfortable easy experience!
