I expected to be pressured into a purchase that we weren't ready for. Instead we were show all options for our first toddler bed and given all the info to make a good decision. We got a great name brand mattress at far less than I expected to pay. Our daughter even got a certificate for her first big kid bed. I cant say enough good things about how helpful our sales rep KD was. Highly recommended!

Our sales person, Jamie, was so knowledgeable and incredibly patient with my 81 year old mother as well as my 5 year old, highly energetic grandson. Jamie helped us find the perfect bed that would not only be comfortable and supportive, but would also be compatible with safety rails and an adjustable base, and all for a great price that included sheets and protective cover. It's rare to find any salesperson who is sincere, personable, and highly knowledgeable about their product, and rarer still to find all those qualities in someone fairly young. Even more impressive: Jamie was filling in from another store!

Sales staff Benjamin and KD were competent and very personable. They both made an extra effort to determine the products that I wanted. Delivery was on time, professional and they helped me move my old mattress to another room. KD fully resolved an issue to my satisfaction with a few marks on the mattress cover as this was an outlet product that had been returned and sanitized.
