Jeffrey was super, super knowledgeable and informative. My spouse and I intended to check out three spots to find the right mattress for us but no need! Mr. Quinn Knight helped us pick out mattresses, box foundations and frames for two beds . We got a good deal with the Platinum Service delivering new and taking away the old which made it simple. He's a Veteran of USAF, knows his business and gave good advice. It can feel weird walking in to look at bed sets but doesn't have to. Call a Mattress Firm location and find out when Quinn can fix you up, seriously. Edit/65 days later: We decided that we wanted to upgrade our original choice. No change-out fee and no hassle at all. Our new Deluxe mattresses will be here in 2 days! THANKS AGAIN, QUINN!!!
