I phoned the store first with some questions about my interest in a mattress and found a highly knowledgeable and professional sales rep named David. When my husband and I finally found time to shop, we phoned ahead of time to be sure David would be there. The best part of shopping in the showroom was that David listened to what I needed and wanted, and quickly zeroed in on options that met my criteria.
