Thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience at mattress firm. The sales people were both knowledgeable and did not push for any particular items. I was able to shop at my leisure, but still had all of my questions answered. The mattress will not be available for several weeks, but the sales people were still professional I would wholeheartedly recommend purchasing from mattress firm

This is an excellent store if you are shopping for a new bed. They have many options in all price ranges. I enjoyed working with Marvin while selecting the bed I purchased. He was very knowledgeable about each mattress I tried. Once I selected the bed, he explained the warranties and set up the delivery date. I am very pleased and will recommend this store to family and friends.

I had to come and get a new mattress due to my pipes bursting and blah blah so I already wasn’t happy with the situation really. But me and my daughter walk in and Bret met us, was super nice and professionally to the point. We were in and out and it was a smooth easy process. He helped me stuff the king size mattress in my car and I was on my way:)
