My partner and I came in to get a better idea of what firmness of bed we needed. They don't really have a preference but I have back pain so we really needed to find something perfect for me. Clint, the sleep specialist that day was astounding. He had us try beds in a systematic way that guided us without it being overwhelming. When he could tell we needed space and time to discuss he provided it. I never felt awkward or pressured, and we did end up purchasing a mattress that day! This was a perfect experience for someone who's new in town and never bought a mattress before. I could have been anxious and overwhelmed, but Clint made it feel so easy. He told us about some great spots in town and answered all my questions with honesty. Thanks Clint, and thanks Mattress firm for providing a great experience. 👍

Clint was super helpful deciding which mattress was the best for us. He was extremely knowledgeable! I learned some new things about sleep thanks to him. The store was really clean. They had a sanitizing station and masks available, which was nice. Definitely recommend this store if you're looking for a mattress!

a truly catered experience. I needed a new bed from my old bad bed. the Sale person Clint in the store did a top to bottom mattress survey to filter out the one that truly fits. if you have a budget in mind, they find the right one for you. hardly hard sell. I got a few bonuses from them too. Im very pleased with my superb well-rounded experience here. Price is reasonable and Great quality mattresses. $$ well spent. Thank you. Clint the Sale person (the sleep expert) is very friendly and people person.

Went in today just to browse for a mattress, was not intending on buying one today, but Hunter made a sale! He was so amazing, great knowledge, great communication, and his demonstration of the bed was excellent. He usually works at the Sherwood store, but was filling in today. So glad we decided to go today and were able to meet this young man! Hands down the best sales person I have come across in a long while. Thank you hunter, for the great experience
