We were looking for an adjustable base to go with our King size mattress. TJ was very helpful and answered all of our questions. When the base was delivered and set up, the two delivery men did a terrific job and showed us how to work everything. They took our box springs and we have been having a great nights sleep with our mattress on the adjustable base since then. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm.

TJ was super patient with me and helpful as I tried to figure out what type of mattress to get for a guest room. I'm pretty sure I tried out at least 5 of them, some of those s couple times. I didn't get one same day, but I thought on it and the one I liked most was just a bit too expensive for my budget. Came back the next day and he showed me one that I had forgotten about that was still in the comfort range I wanted and within budget. Even looked up their warehouse inventory to get me the type of platform I wanted as well. Great experience!

Went in to look for a particular mattress for my daughter. Mark Mesner was great to work with! Very friendly, not pushy and knowledgeable with the products. I was thinking about checking multiple stores to make sure I was getting the best deal but Mark's customer service was impeccable and I decided to make the purchase that day. I was in and out of the store within 40 minutes. The mattress wasn't in stock at the store for immediate taking, although it will be delivered within a few days.
