I went in seeking the best option for the least amount of money. I also needed guidance, because there is no way I could figure this out online, without seeing and trying the mattress, and getting helpful context from a mattress sales expert. While I did end up spending a little more than I hoped, I'm also sure that would not have ended up satisfied with whatever I purchased online. Once I have the new mattress, I'll confirm that I'm satisfied with my Mattress Firm purchase, but I am more confident that my choice is solid, based on seeing and testing the products, plus great support and education from Carolyn.

We did our research before visiting Mattress Firm, though had not decided on what type we wanted.I hesitated about going in to “just look” because I abhor pressure sales. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! Sarah, who helped us look at and try out options really knew her mattresses, no pressure, just available to show us through the gamut of options available, try them out, explaining the differences in material and manufacturer.. I never felt pressured to purchase even though my back was wanting a new mattress right away. We ended up with a new Tempur-Pro mattress with a delivery date of next Wednesday. The service, selections, friendliness and knowledgeable staff (thank you Sarah) sold us on buying from MattressFirm. And I think we found the perfect solution to enhance our nightly slumber.
