I actually want to give 4.5 stars because most of my experience was perfect. My interactions with the sale associates, mainly Dominik, was amazing. Great guy! Very easy to work with even when I changed my mind on something last minute. I felt I got a great deal and I love the mattress and base. The delivery guys did a great job setting up the bed/base and took away my old bed. However, they weren't told they were taking away the old bed even though I was promised beforehand they would, so I had to tip them to ensure that happened. Better communication would have prevented that. All in all, a great experience!

My daughter and I went to mattress firm Clackamas Oregon yesterday to buy two mattresses. We were greeted by Stephanie who was very professional and pleasant. . She was very knowledgeable and showed us different mattresses. The whole process was very streamlined, easy, no pressure, we bought two mattresses a king pillow top and a nice mid range twin for my grandson. Highly recommend them!

My husband and I stopped at this store among numerous others in this area. The size of the interior and the amount of inventory to try out was impressive. The staff was not only helpful, but also jovial and casual. We didn't feel pressured to make any purchases or apply any upgrades. Our questions were answered with facts instead of opinions. We were able to negotiate a slightly lower price. A mattress is a 10+ year investment and Mattress World helped us make a smart choice today!

We went on the Mattress Firm web site and found a frame we liked. We went to one of their stores. We got great help from Stephanie at the stor on 82nd near Michael's. Turned out her advice led us to a better frame and box spring than we came for. Awesome!
