Outstanding customer service at this location. Ample time and direction provided by our sales associate Ryan who listened to our comments when trying multiple different mattresses and steered us to our goal. They have a wide selection with options for everyone and pricing to match individually needs. Setting up financing was a breeze in the store (about 5 minutes is all that was needed to do so). Our chosen accessories were on hand to take with us and delivery is scheduled within the next week. Cannot wait for the new mattress and adjustable base to arrive! Thank you very much to Ryan and the staff at the Medford location. We will definitely look to Mattress Firm in the future for our family’s needs.

I don’t think I could be any more pleased with my experience. My wife and I stopped in and we’re kindly asked if we would like any help looking. We were given clean pillows and invited to try out many styles and features of the mattresses. After we had tried several, we were given plenty of privacy and time to investigate and talk about what we wanted to do. Once we had made our decision, we were very courteously rung up while any questions we had were answered in detail. We never felt pressured to buy something that wasn’t what we wanted and they actually seemed to care more about our satisfaction than how much money we could spend. I may only be in my 30’s, but I can tell when a business treats their customer the right way. I don’t leave many google reviews, so the ones I do post are only for remarkable experiences. I can happily recommend these fine folks to every one of my friends and family.
