Dean was just wonderful. We had no idea where to start with buying our first adult mattress, so he asked us a series of questions regarding our sleep patterns. He then had us try multiple levels of firmness and mattress types. Once he had it narrowed down to what we needed, he had the perfect recommendation that was within our budget! Once we picked the mattress he helped us find the perfect pillows for each of us, and you know I want them to match to look aesthetically pleasing. Finally, he made sure we got every deal and were all set up for delivery and even removal of our old mattress. He answered every question without missing a beat with confidence and while speaking to BOTH of us, not just my boyfriend. Super super satisfied customer. Thank you Dean!!

Having dealt with Mattress firm before; it was an easy choice when my wife and I decided to get new mattresses for the master bedroom and our travel trailer. We visited our local store and Eric was very helpful in assisting us with our decision of which mattress was best suited for our needs. Amazing, went in and ordered a new temporary mattress for 269. Saw the next day that Home Depot Had it a little cheaper. They price matched it today. Very happy about it. Now my next mattress I'm going to spend a lot more money on in about 6-9 months. Will definitely come from them. They put my needs above theirs and I'm grateful 🙏 Thank you Dean and Tracey!!

We placed an order for a queen mattress at Mattress Firm. Something in the system got screwed up and we weren’t going to receive our order before my in-laws arrived. I called and asked them what can they do to make this situation better. Not only did we get a better mattress, we were able to pick it up the same day AND they gave us 2 free goodies.
