Terrence is a true sleep expert and an exceptional salesman. I’m skeptical by nature, and committing to a big purchase makes me nervous, but Terrence is the real thing - he’s honest and patient, he asked great questions and really incorporated my responses into his suggestions, and he worked with my best interests in mind to get me a great deal. Will (of whose team Terrance is a part) also made my experience first-class, from greeting me as I walked up, to ensuring I could pair my mattress choice with the base I liked, even though they aren’t a typical match. The store has plenty of options to try, in a huge range of price points. I’m really pleased with my experience and would absolutely recommend this team and store to anyone considering a mattress (or pillow) upgrade.

I echo the other reviews about this store and specifically about Matthew. It's rare to have a so well informed salesperson and I feel fortunate to have happened upon Matthew on the day I needed to purchase a mattress. Number one and most imporantly: he listened to my needs and my issues with sleeping and this doesn't often happen in sales....he was honest, well-informed and helpful. I cannot recomment him more highly than this...if there existed a "+" after the 5 stars, I would have said that! Go here for your mattress and ask for Matthew!!!!
