I have to say, I am going through a very tough time of my life and with 3 kids as a single father just choosing a mattress for my kids is stressful. Then I met Larry at Downingtown mattress firm and to meet just a good person is always nice but he was caring and very helpful. I did put a deposit down and recommend this store for cleanliness and class !! Larry thank u so much and u will be seeing us again. Take help when a stranger offers if u need it just pay it forward !!!!!

I walked in not expecting anything but I had done some research on materials and coils beforehand but the mgr Larry was so well informed and just generally a pleasure to work with. I decided in the first 10mins that I wanted to buy from this guy. In the end I got a good deal and resisted the urge to splurge at the register so I feel really good about my experience here. I was here for 2 1/2hrs talking about beds and general conversation so be prepared for that if you like to talk as much as Larry and I do.

I walked in and tried a couple beds and then the store manager, Larry, approached me. Larry was not only professional and kind, but also informative, honest, and personable. I never felt pressure or anything from him. He helped me get the bed I wanted for the price I needed. Larry is incredible at customer service. I am so happy having left the store with everything I need to move into my apartment with no stress around this particular area. Thank you so much, Larry!
