Coming from a sales job myself I will say they are not pushy and actually care about your sleeping health. They deserve 10 stars because after the delivery they followed up on my mattress having a small tear. Within 24 hours the scheduled a time to replace it at my convenience. Even the delivery guy was very friendly and helpful. Recommend this location for great service and delivery.

I had an amazing experience at Mattresses Firm buying my new mattress and box spring. The prices were generally lower than other places we looked. James was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend this place. James is the man to see would definitely be going back to do business 🤙🏽.

Excellent service. We bought a Queen size bed set about 2 1/2 years ago from this store that we are happy with so we decided to return and we even liked both the salesperson, Stephen and the new (to us) selection even better than the last time. He had us try out the different types/styles of mattresses and within 20 minutes we wrapped up the deal. Excellent service, 5 star +. Thank you, Bill Rowe

Mark was so helpful. We purchased a bed and didn’t love it when we got it home. Called Mark and we were able to swap out our bed and set up new delivery for the replacement within three days. So happy with his customer service.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. I haven’t gone mattress shopping in 12 years or so and really had no idea what options were out there. Tyler took me around the showroom floor and explained the different mattresses expertly, was able to answer all my questions, and was never pushy or salesy. Great experience. Would absolutely recommend!
