From start to finish - from the moment we walked in the store to start looking to the moment our new bed was set up - was fantastic she easy and fun! Cliff helped us, and he was so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. There was no pressure at all; whether it took days, weeks, or months, he wanted us to find the perfect bed - and he was there to help us every step of the way. When we had questions and asked or emailed him, he answered right away. He made sure that we had everything we needed and that the delivery went perfectly. I could go on about the experience and how fantastic Cliff was, but I suggest you go into the Matamoras store and experience it for yourself!

Chelsea was an awesome saleswoman. She was very knowledgeable and asked appropriate questions to figure out what we were looking for, demonstrating the features of each product. We came in looking for an inexpensive spare room bed, but quickly realized, after seeing demos at the fair, that we deserved a more comfortable articulated bed for ourselves to help with sleep apnea and pain. She was not at all pushy, but rather personable and patient. I’d recommend her and Mattress Firm to anyone looking to purchase a bed.
