My husband and I took a chance to purchase at this store, and to my surprise the young lady, Keosha was amazing. She was respectful, helpful, kind, compassionate and a great listener. She allowed us to explore and answered all our questions with specific details regarding the product. If you want to purchase a new mattress I recommend you going to the Cooman store across from Macy's
