Right from the beginning our sales representative Monica was polite, comforting, and helpful to find the perfect mattress my husband and I were looking for. It wasn’t a typical uncomfortable sales pitch and pushy behavior that you often get when going to furniture and mattress stores. She wanted to know our needs first, get to know us as a family, and matched us with our new mattress that was the best fit possible. Not to mention she was fast and efficient as well. Anthony took care to make sure we had all our questions answered, and he provided excellent service from the time we entered the store. We were impressed with their expert knowledge as sleep experts. We also dealt with Monica, who leads with an amazing personality. Lastly, but not least, our delivery was efficient and done with care by Hugo and his associate. Great store! I went there twice to make sure I made the right choice on a bed for myself. The first day I was greeted by Dulce, who was super sweet and knowledgeable! She made you feel like you were important to her as a person…not a customer! The next day I was greeted by Monica Werley. I have neck and back injuries and she knew the exact bed for me and she was spot on! She also was super nice and made you feel important to her! Great place! I highly recommend going there and seeing either of these ladies! When it comes to the perfect bed and a good night sleep, these ladies are the real deal!!

I went to mattress firm after almost purchasing another setup from a different company. I wanted to explore my options , and make sure I was getting the best deal. I ended up purchasing from the mattress firm , because the minute we walked in dulce made us feel like it was the right decision ! She definitely did not make us regret it !
