Cesar made our purchase actually pleasant. If you tell him what you are looking for, he presents the best options available to get you set up. We showed up with no preference of brands or mattress construction, just that we needed soft but supportive. We were in and out in 20 minutes with smiles and delivery set up. Literally the best sales experience I’ve ever had.

Terri is amazing! I would recommend you ask for her, but you won’t have to. She immediately greeted me when I walked in. She gave me a minute to look around and then quickly approached me to assist. There was no pushy sales pitch or pressure. I’m the kind of person who knows what I want, and she did not try to upsell me or “guide” me to a more expensive purchase. I told her what I was looking for, she gave me the in-store and on-order options, I made my selection, and she proceeded to get me checked out. She also complimented my T-shirt! This is my favorite kind of shopping experience. Y’all hype this lady up! This is not a paid promotion.

Great experience . Would not hesitate to buy from them again. Let me test many beds till I found just the right one. Ceaser the manager even gave me the discount from an online sale price. Could not believe delivery in 24 hours later and comes with 4 months trial if you don’t like it you can have it replaced and has a 10 year warranty.

I was on a hunt for a mattress and decided to try Mattress Firm in Village at Sandhills. Immediately was pleased by the way I was greeted and how welcomed I felt by Terri Bellotto. It was super close to closing time and she still had that enthusiasm. She asked all the appropriate questions and helped me get a feel of a variety of options upon my liking. It felt like she really cared versus just trying to make a sale which is rare. Based on your budget she will make it happen for you to be a happy customer and she did just that for me. She was absolutely amazing the ENTIRE time from start to finish. The fact that she stayed well over closing time to help me choose the best mattress needs for me was enough for me. There was no way I could leave without buying one. I would HIGHLY recommend everyone experience the Terri effect because it was absolutely amazing and I appreciate her so much. So excited to receive my order! Thanks mattress firm for hiring her 😊
