Purchased a new hybrid bed from Mattress Firm. The salespersons were very nice and knowledgeable. I came in several times to look at them and the price got a little better each time. Sales seem to come up frequently leading to better pricing. ———————————————————————- We found that we did not like single beds connected together so went back to store to discuss options. We were pleasantly surprised that the salesperson was extremely helpful in allowing us to exchange the bed for a king size bed of the same brand. I would highly recommend this company based on our experience.

Tim was the associate helping me and two others at the same time. He explained he was working alone and apologized for any inconvenience that might cause. Tim decided his time between each of us in the store. He well explained the mattress I asked about and showed me other options.
