Found the perfect mattress! Glen was not only professional but very personable and we did not feel pressured at all! He offered good advice in helping us select our mattress, so much so that I would have made a mistake if I had purchased what I originally thought I wanted. You spend almost a third of the day sleeping; a great mattress is a good investment!

I felt welcome the minute I walked in the door by Matt, who had a big warm smile. He was ready and willing to help me. He was extremely attentive and understanding of my specific special needs and showed me every mattress he thought I might like. I bought my current mattress at a Mattress Firm in Norfolk, Virginia many years ago and have been happy with it, so I found a Mattress Firm here in Greenville, SC, I am so I did!!! It was a great experience!

Nice sales lady gave us the time we needed to try out the various mattress types. She gave suggestions but also listened to us. The mattress was delivered in good time and our first night on it was great-it was comfy comfy!! So glad to no longer have a firm mattress, that was no good for me!

Was out shopping around for a new king mattress decided to stop at Mattress Firm by my work place Immediately upon entering I was greeted by a nice young man explained what I was looking for and Matt my mattress expert showed me several models going into great details the benefits of each mattress upon trying several out I chose I Series Hybrid 1000 This young man Matt knows his product and throughly explains everything he is a asset to Mattress Firm so polite. They also have linens and pillows if I didn’t have a abundance at home I would have purchased some Matt is a great salesman
