Our first time in a Mattress Firm store was an awesome experience! We were greeted by Scott. He was so easy to work with. His product knowledge was outstanding. He was not interested in helping us make a good choice. Not just making a sale. We bought 7 Mattresses,pillows and pads. We left feeling great about our decision. Very helpful and nice! Bought one mattress and started sleeping better immediately! Original mattress caused me to toss and turn all night. New mattress I slept like a rock. Started having upper back issues about 60 days in. Called the store they helped my find another mattress that had better support for my needs and returned the one I had no question. Stuck by exchange policy and hopefully my back issue will be resolved with better shoulder support. One of the main reasons I went with mattress firm was I didn’t want to buy one mattress and be stuck with it. Glad to have options you don’t get with online mattress shopping.

Excellent and knowledgeable sales person (Jason) took his time with me and gave me several options for the queen mattress that I was looking for. No high pressure sales, just common sense helpfulness. Michelle (manager) also a gem. She came over and introduced herself and chatted with me while Jason was wrapping up the paperwork. Absolutely great store and fantastic sale!

This was an awesome experience! Although I like the temperpetic mattess, I liked the sales person (Scott), even better. He let me try and assortment mattresses, ensured that I was working within my price point, told me all the pros and cons of each mattress, and was professional, not pushy. I never felt pressured; just informed. He was also smart enough to realize that, had I left the store, after initially saying that I would think about it, I put probably would not have come back. He jumped.through a lot hoops to secure my purchase, and I left feeling great about my .purchase.. Thank you, Mattress Firm, for staffing your store with professionals that care, and educate.
