We purchased our King size mattress today and they are going to deliver it tomorrow!! How much better service can you get!! The staff was very knowledgeable about the wide range of mattresses they sold but never did I feel like theywere trying to push a sale. They listened carefully about what our mattress needs were and my husband and I found one that was perfect for the both of us. Thank you Mattress Firm!! Oh...and you can't bet the 10 year warranty!! It's a win win!!

The store was clean and presented all the options for mattresses that made it easy to “try out” different styles. Melanie and Sandra were very professional, outgoing and approachable. Melanie was wonderful in explaining the differences in the mattresses I tried out and wasn’t trying to push me. She took her time while I was making up my mind. She explained everything about each charge and about the warranties.
