Great experience at Mattress firm today , Amy the store manager was so professional and knowledgeable of products she represented. Such a pleasant person to work with . Took time to go over all my options , from mattresses I chose to base they rest on . Great explanation of pricing , financing and warranty information. The really good news there products were in stock and will be delivered in a few days . Thanks for a great buying experience.

I would like to start by saying that,SUSAN AND AMY was amazing at what they do. They are also the best at what they do for the company and the customer,I just wanted the upper management staff to be able to hear it or read it from a customer point of view. The ladies are so nice and very knowledgeable about their jobs and really know how to treat not only a customer butt,also know just how to treat a person in need of bed supplies. I would personally like to thank the both of them for the time they allowed me on 11/19/2022,I would not go anywhere else and get the service that they provided for me on that day,God bless you and your company for the most exciting bedding experience ever,keep up the great work that the both of you do,thanks.......hope the both of you have an amazing Thanksgiving and also your family.

My Sleep Expert, Amy, was incredibly knowledgeable and listened so well to our needs. She was able to quickly match us with a terrific mattress set. Delivery is scheduled and we are so looking forward to this new mattress and getting better sleep. Thank you! Update: Our new mattress set was delivered yesterday. Delivery staff were on time, friendly, courteous, and very professional. Although we had a delivery challenge due to a tight stairway, it was carefully managed and handled well. We couldn't ask for a smoother transaction. Thank you so much! We will buy from you all again!

Atticus did an amazing job explaining the different mattresses to us and really helped us get what fit our individual needs. Also, he didn’t push us to buy outside of our budget. We stayed within budget and got our choice pick. Highly recommend and seeing him.

The Adventures Of Gus and Gertie Chronicles of Gus

Amy was amazingly helpful. She did not cut corners as she helped my wife and I research different options for our sleeping situation. I’m not typically a fan of mattress/ furniture shopping as often times the salespeople are pushy or overbearing. Amy was a great balance as we just told her we were looking around and then was available for questions when we were ready. She stayed late just to finish helping us. Pleasant experience with a tremendous employee of a company is a rare experience these days and she nailed it.
