When we walked in the salesman was instantly engaging and dynamic. He was not pushy. He was not ever the top. He was perfect. By seeing us testing out beds he knew what kind of pillow we needed. I didn’t even tell him I was searching for a pillow also. We had left sleep number with a bed in mind but wanted to see other options. Our mattress firm salesman was so educated on his product we ended up buying the bed from him and two pillows.
