Barbi, Lisa, and Jake were the best!! I needed a mattress last minute, and in calling around, Lisa was the nicest, most helpful person I talked to. I’d had a medical treatment and couldn’t get out, so the next day, my experience on the phone with Lisa is why I drove past the closest location and went to the Green Hills store. Lisa wasn’t working today, but Barbi was The Best!! She was quick and to the point. Found the best mattress for me, saved me hundreds of dollars on selection, and managed to find a delivery slot for me!! And Jake helped when the system acted up taking my payment. This was the absolute best store for my needs, and (listen up, corporate) has the best team of staff around. I called and visited almost a half dozen stores, and nothing came close to the help and friendly service I got from the staff at this store. Green Hills Mattress Firm will have my repeat business if I ever need them again. 😊😊 I have since had it delivered… and the delivery guys were just as amazing!! Friendly, helpful, and professional! Such a great purchasing experience!!

My girlfriend and I came in to this store fresh off one of the single worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Ashley Home Furniture Store. Jake and Barbie, the two sales people, were super nice, listened to us and what we were looking for, and made the entire process of picking and purchasing our first ever King sized mattress set absolutely brilliant and easy. Essentially a complete night and day, 180 turn on the experience we had at Ashley. We will absolutely come back here the next time we are in the market for a bed. Cannot say enough good things, and would give more than 5 stars if it were possible.

We had the easiest mattress shopping experience here ever. Barbie was lovely - helped us find exactly what we wanted at the price point we wanted, get us set up with delivery, walked us through returns etc. We were in and out very quickly. Store set up is pretty typical and they have all sorts of beds all over the price range. Lots more that they can order for you that aren't on the display floor. We got lucky and were able to receive next day delivery. The delivery team that brought us our mattress was super nice and professional. Arrived in the delivery window and had no issues. So from start to finish we were really well taken care of.

Called in and asked Barbi to look up a previous order from 4 years ago because I wanted to reorder. The product I had bought was that good. She found the order, confirmed no changes in h toe product, confirmed it was in stock, scheduled delivery for two days later, and sent me a link for payment. Never left the house. Done in 15 minutes. Great experience!

Barbi was very helpful and guided me to the best products for my concerns. Yes you can buy mattresses online based on reviews and ratings, but for me, the ability to lay on the mattresses and find the proper pillow for my body size while interacting with a knowledgeable person is what matters, especially since mattresses are not an easy return. Also, the benefit is upon delivery they will set up and remove your old bed for recycling (for a fee) which is not something even Costco would do and that was a huge factor in my decision
