As soon as my husband and I walked through the door, we were greeted by Jordan who is one of their sales associates. He was extremely welcoming and offered to assist us in our search for a mattress. He was extreme knowledgeable and offered us a plethora of information. This helped us in making the right decision in purchasing our mattress. The manager Darren was also very kind and welcoming. He helped us by answering a lot of our questions. I would highly recommend going here if you need new bedding. Excellent service all around!

Went to replace my king-sized bed today. Mattress Firm had an awesome sale and the sales-clerk, Jordan, was phenomenal at his job. He answered all questions, handled going between myself and another customer with fairness, and did some suggestive selling that was particular to my needs. The place was clean. Purchase was easy, paperwork was quick, and delivery is a day away. Excited!

Our King Size mattress had reached is last leg. My wife and I visited this location and the representative was very helpful in explaining the different beds and current sales promotions going on at the time. After trying different beds, my wife and I had decided on a mattress but weren’t quite ready to purchase as these beds do carry a hefty price tag. About a week later, we decided to bite the bullet but decided to step down one model to try to save a little money on the purchase and the difference between the two was not enough to pay the extra $550 for an inch of foam. One thing I would give a two star or less rating would be financing options. Rather than pay in full outright (which I had to dip into savings for a $3,500 mattress), I would have like to finance but after reading all the fine print, I feel it is very sneaky on their financing. It says in big print that it is 0% interest for 60 months. However, after reading further, the 0% interest was for existing Mattress Firm account holders. If you are a new account holder, your interest rates are a whopping 22.9%. Also, even if you got the 0% interest, you MUST make equal same payments for the full 60 months. So if you wanted to make bigger payments and pay off your purchase sooner, the way it’s worded sounds like they will penalize you for paying it off sooner. If that’s not the case, then the financing verbiage is poorly written. As far as service and friendly staff and answering questions I give 4 stars. The mattress is set to be delivered this weekend so hopefully the haul away of old bed and set up of new one will go well. If not, I will make an update to my review.

I had some trouble ordering on line. Mix up between card company and Mattress Firm communications. But, I visited the store in west Nashville. Where I met Matthew and Jordan. They took care of the issue and I was able to complete the order. Both were friendly and very professional. The store was clean and organized. I was very impressed. I going to recommend this store to my family and friends.
