Caleb was who helped us find what we needed. He answered every question we had about all the variety of beds. We needed something firm, and he pointed us directly to what we needed. We then found a bed online that was no longer in the store. As soon as we asked about it, he went and found it online and got us taken care of. We were very satisfied with the help we received. I would recommend this store to anyone needing to find a bed.

I worked with Caleb E. and couldn’t have asked for better customer service!! He went above and beyond to help and make my life easier. I made the mistake of placing an order from the mattress firm website and it turned into a logistical nightmare. I called the store and Caleb helped resolve all my issues. Caleb didn’t need to help me since my order was placed online, but he went out of his way to make sure I had a great customer service experience. I wish I would have gone to the store from the start because it was a much smoother process. Now a days it’s hard to find companies that do everything they can to ensure a good customer relation and mattress firm in Bastrop delivered. This will be my go to store for any future mattress purchases we make.
