First, let me start of by saying that I experienced some of the best customer service I've ever had from Matt! I had came into the store yesterday because I needed a mattress ASAP. He was super accommodating and he was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. Well, today I realized that I did not buy the right size (this was totally my fault), so I decided to give the store a call to see if anything could be done. Matt the superhero answered and he definitely understood my dilemma. He checked his inventory and unfortunately did not have what I needed at his store, but he went above and beyond to call other stores to locate the correct mattress. He could have easily just directed me to call around to locate what I needed myself but the fact that he did this for me truly showed that he genuinely cares about his customers. I'm in the customer service industry myself and I definitely praise and reward my employees for being so passionate. I definitely feel that Matt deserves some recognition as well. Kudos to you! I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know!!!
