Dylan was extremely knowledgeable, and able to answer any and all questions that we had. Best of all he didn’t pressure us in any way into buying something that we were not comfortable with or that was out of our price range. He was upfront and honest about all the pros and cons of all the different mattress options and adjustable bases that we were interested in. Overall he made our experience very enjoyable and stress free. I highly recommend this store if you’re in the market for a new bed.

Dylan, the manager of Sleep Experts on Eldorado Parkway in Frisco is an exceptional representative for the company. He gave my son and me a very warm welcome and educated us on all of the aspects of a mattress. My son was buying his first mattress as he just graduated from college. Dylan set him up with a thorough understanding of the qualities to look for in a mattress. We both learned a lot! We appreciated the time, effort and courtesies Dylan extended to us during our visit. We have already recommended Dylan to a family member and will continue to do so. We will be in to visit Dylan soon as my daughter just graduated from college as well and is looking to make an educated decision on her investment in a mattress. 💛

UPDATE 11/1/22: Everything is clear now and happened just so with no further surprises. Updating review to 4 stars. UPDATE 10/5/22 - The store manager, Asif, contacted me and was very respectful and apologetic. He explained that the company did read the review and wanted to help make my experience better to uphold their reputation. He was able to listen to us and understood our disappointment and needs, other than what was already explained in the review. He was willing to make some accommodations in order to provide great customer service. He communicated the situation and arrangements with the rest of the team and everyone was on the same page. Exchange fees were waived and he went above the call of duty of providing an extra option for us in case we were unsatisfied. We were able to sort things out at the end and we are very grateful. The rest of the staff was also courteous when I called back to the store and didn’t hold any grudge or resentment which is appreciated and very professional. ———————————— Original review: If anyone has any questions regarding how not to be taken advantage of while shopping at this store, what is covered under the exchange policy and what is not, and some disclaimers that were not disclosed to me, feel free to ask a question under the review and I’ll do my best to help (unlike the store). This is the first and worse experience I’ve had with a Mattress Store or store in general. We just moved to Frisco and after 14 years of being married, me and my wife decided to purchase a new mattress for the first time. New chapter in our lives, new mattress. We were pretty excited. However, even though the store says customer service is their main goal, but their actions and words prove otherwise. I really felt taken advantage of when we went to buy a mattress. Mike was the employee we spoke to and he did not point of the fine details of their exchange and return policy, only emphasize on the love your mattress guarantee. However, they are quick to point that out only after you make the purchase and when you are not satisfied. After talking to the manager, Dylan, he restored my faith again by having me believe that, in the interest of providing great customer service, the exchange fee would be waived. He even tried to get me a discount on another mattress and also told me about the close out mattress deals they have. He would convey that message to Mike. I was impressed. I decided on getting a deal on the close out mattress. It took a few weeks. Once a close out mattress was found, Mike recommended to purchase the Mattress Firm guarantee. When I asked for an official document regarding the details, he wasn’t able to provide one or even offer a link. Only a verbal explanation that was vague and general with nothing to back it up. I denied the warranty. Finally, when he brought up the fees, I told him that Dylan had provided me with an agreement of not charging the exchange fee, Mike mentioned he was unaware of the arrangement that Dylan agreed upon and when he contacted Dylan, Dylan denied having said that and has no recollection of our conversation. Now I am the one being seen as a liar. I don’t know what is worse, not being able to get a good sleep for two months, being lied to or having people see me as a lying and dishonest person. I will admit that it is my fault for being naive, not asking additional questions and not getting their verbal guarantee and promise in writing. But I expect people to keep their word. I worked in Customer Service for seven years. I can assure you, I never treated my customers like this. They played me like a fiddle. I can no longer trust these type of companies. Also a quick note that Dylan is no longer the manager of the store, so I would assume that anything he would have agreed to no longer has any validity, which is pretty convenient for the store.

We came into the store to look. We were in the market to buy, but not right now. I had been looking on line reading reviews and had decided on a Beautyrest Black. When I came into the store I was surprised to see that they had models in the store. Several other stores sell them but do not have one in store to try. This store had three different firmness models. And their price was competitive. After laying on several mattresses I decided on a different brand that I had never heard of, Kingsdown. We got one for me and one for my daughter. The two mattresses and one adjustable base were probably the price of the Beautyrest Black. Now about our salesperson, Mike. He was professional knowledgeable and patient. When we came in he was with other clients, but he acknowledged us and said he would be with us. It gave us time to try all of the mattresses at our leisure. When I asked Mike about Kingsdown he was knowledgeable and told me they were over a century old and rather than investment in advertising, they focused on sleep technology. Mike gave us a detailed breakdown of the difference between the two brands. He also was able to talk about mattress preservation and mattress covers. I felt very comfortable with him and that he made recommendations, not pushy pressure tactics. We purchased two king size mattresses, an adjustable base, a regular base, mattress covers, a sheet set and base warranty. I felt that he was fair with us and delivered on everything he promised. I would recommend this store and suggest that you ask for Mike.
