Both, gentlemen, at the Mattress Firm in Huntsville were both very nice! I wasn’t able to get the first man’s name, but him and Paul make a great team! This is my first time buying furniture for myself and they both answered all questions I had with patience and ease! They’re honest men who don’t try to cheat you! They gave me options instead of just trying to make me buy the highest product they had! I will definitely be back there with future furniture needs and will recommend family and friends!

Jonathan came to greet me as I entered the Huntsville store. He quickly determined from our conversation that I needed a replacement mattress for my husband's bed. I shared with him that Steve (husband) is recovering from open heart surgery with a triple bypass, and that he has been sleeping in a recliner because his mattress has failed. It is 5 years old and the top foam padding has come loose. Jonathan showed me several options for a large twin adjustable mattress, evaluating and comparing the differing characteristics of each. I narrowed down my search to two models, and after considering cost, I made my choice. He empathized with my situation and worked with me on the cost, to my satisfaction. He has a quiet yet firm manner and is obviously well trained and knowledgeable about his trade. He made this a pleasant experience for me, and I can highly recommend him for his thorough and professional manner.

I went to the Huntsville mattress firm for the very first time for my very first bed purchase. I was expecting a pushy salesperson but instead got a great experience with someone who was very knowledgeable about all the merchandise.
