Darius was very knowledgeable and hooked us up with the perfect mattress for our needs and budget. 10/10 experience, he didn’t rush us to make a decision but valued our time and used his vast amount of knowledge and experience to guide us in the right direction. I visited Mattress Firm at the Quarry to check out a mattress for my day bed. I was looking with the intent of buying one later. Logan, the sales representative, was excellent. He showed me all of the different mattresses and allowed and encouraged me to lay on them so that I could make the right decision on which one to choose. He was courteous and knowledgeable about each and ever mattress on display. Because of Logan, I was able to make my decision right then and there. I ended up purchasing, the perfect mattress for my needs. I commend Logan for his excellent customer service.

My partner and I went in to kinda casually shop around for mattresses. Neither of us had purchased a mattress in the store before (we were bed in a box folks) so we didn’t know what we were doing. We thought that we would just lay our bodies down on mattresses and see what felt best. We had no idea of the amazing experience we were in for! Darius was super helpful and took us through the entire process of fitting, selecting, and purchasing. He was wonderful and we really appreciate his expertise and kindness. Another great experience at Mattress Firm. We were greeted at the door, and, although there was another customer, Jess, came over to answer any questions that we needed and ensured us he would be with us as soon as he had completed the sale with his current customer. He identified what we needed provided us an opportunity to, try it out and even take a few minutes to make a suggestion for a more appropriate mattress for our guestroom. Once we were ready to check out, he asked all the questions as we needed delivery to multiple addresses, and double checked, making sure that we had everything we needed. Paperwork was quick and easy and we were out the door in no time at all. Thank you!

Came in for pillows, we left with a fully kitted mattress!!! Can not recommend Darius enough!!! He took the time to teach us and inform us about the different technology and the probable best fit for us. He didn’t recommend the most expensive, he recommended what he thing would be best, and ended up selling us the cheaper of 3 options. Not only that but he thought us how to take care of this kind of mattress, and what covers and sheets to use. He also applied a lot of discounts and deals to accommodate our needs. If you need a mattress, ask for Darius.
