Matthew is an amazing sales person! He is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and wants and explained what beds he felt would be the best options for us, but was also willing to show us other beds as well. He knows the products and the lower priced equivalents of them and that is great. We never felt rushed or pressured, as we have in the past. I have bought several beds at several different places, including other Mattress Firm locations and I have never been as happy with my purchase as I am now! He made us feel at ease and confident about what we are getting. He explained the contract terms, delivery, etc., in a simple, straightforward manner. My fiancé and I went to Mattress Firm in need of a new mattress, but not fully sure of what we were really looking for. We had some ideas but wanted to explore our options. Matt, the sales agent who helped us, was wonderful! He listened closely to each of our needs in a new mattress as well as to our concerns we've had with our previous mattress to better cater our shopping experience and help us find a mattress that seems to be exactly what we need. Matt was very helpful and informative and he helped us find what works best for us and also helped us get the best possible deal for everything we wanted. We feel that he really went above and beyond and really took the time to do everything he could for us, and for that we're very grateful.
