Let me start by saying DON'T BUY ONLINE! This was a horrible experience for us. The customer service line was worthless. BEWARE of their 120 day return policy. BEWARE of their free promotions. They charge restocking fee regardless of exchange or return. Online reps also said we had to pay another delivery fee for us to be able to exchange the mattress. The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because I'm giving the manager at this location 5 stars. He was phenomenal. He helped us so much. He recognized and understood our frustration and helped us. He was patient and showed us different mattresses and gave my husband and myself different pillows to accommodate each of us. We're very grateful for his help and have ended up with a mattress that fits us.

Quick, easy buying process — probably spent no more than 15 minutes in the store. Walked in the store and was immediately greeted by Lisa. She took me around to check out different mattresses, answered all my questions and was very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend this location and Lisa for anyone in the market for a new mattress!
