Great customer support from beginning till the end. Ray Druggers, the store manager was so accommodating, friendly and patient in showing around all the mattresses and helped to find what we were looking for. He was well informed and answered all my questions in a very detailed manner and returned our calls swiftly which helped us to make our decisions quickly. I had no idea about mattress purchase, he explained the whole process of manufacturing and categories of mattresses available. He explained what is preferable for us and why. The service was smooth and straight forward. I am confident that I made the right choice with my mattress. Can't thank him enough. Thank you so much for the amazing support. Ray helped my wife and I find the perfect queen size mattress for our travel trailer. He showed us several options in our budget and educated us on what to pay attention to as we did our lay down tests throughout the store. Nice store, nice employee, highly recommend to anyone looking for a no pressure, very professional, mattress shopping experience.

The customer service rep was extremely helpful. She thought the product was available at one of the other stores based on the computer system. She called to confirm. Found out the product was not to arrive until Dec. 31st. She recommended another retail option. I am picking up up as I type this message. I appreciate her so much.
