With the internet at our beckon call, retail staff in some industries sometimes do not know their products better than their well researched customers. Unfortunately shopping for a mattress is expensive, intimidating, and the online community creates more confusion than understanding. So going into Mattress Firm my wife and I were less than confident. To our surprise, Sam was incredible. He addressed all our questions, concerns, and took the time to explain the fundamentals. I'm impressed with his wealth of knowledge and customer service skills. The delivery team was great too, all smiles and very friendly. I thought this was going to be a difficult purchase, but it was the smoothest one I've ever made! And our bed is very comfortable, the two months of back pain is no more. If you don't where to start buying a mattress, we highly recommend talking to the professionals at Mattress Firm!

She was pleasant, very informative, did not rush us and had lots of good pointers to help us decide what to do. We wouldn’t have been able to make such a decision without her help and her patience. I loved working with Shae! She was extremely knowledgeable and acted in a very professional way. She helped me find the right bed with some trial and error but she was right there helping us the entire time. I consider her to be a friend and I am so very grateful she was the one we got to work with.
