My experience at the Virginia Beach Blvd location was the great. Robert C. was the best, exceptional customer service, he gave the best deals. He took time with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed and wanted. He took the time to explain the different benefits of several mattresses. I shopped around with competitor stores and Mattress Firm; this location particularly had the best prices by far. I will definitely refer my friends and family to stop by to visit Robert C. This will not be my go to store for mattresses they have a wide variety. Everyone there was pleasant.

We had a great time looking for a mattress here. Especially with James helping us out. He was very kind, and very patient with us. He still accommodated us even if we didn't buy from him the first time we went here. He wasn't pushy, unlike the other sales representatives we have encountered. He was very helpful with our needs and the budget that we gave him. I would definitely recommend him to all of you out there when you're looking for a mattress.

Mattress Firm is a great establishment. Albert was able to help my wife and I get a new mattress in less than than thirty minutes. He indulged us in our many questions and didn’t hesitate to bring up things that were pertinent to our situation. Robert C. Assisted us taking the mattress into the car. Awesome experience.

I had the absolute best experience today with James. The very second I walked into the store I was greeted with a big bright smile and he made it very clear he was there to help me pick out the best mattress to fit my needs. He explained the difference between a bunch of them and gave me his professional recommendation. He was so kind, has such a great personality and he is very knowledgeable. Every customer that came in after me was treated exactly the same way. He is definitely top notch with his customer service!!! I told him not only does he look like Jesus but he’s kind like Jesus lol Thank you James for being so awesome. I’m excited to get my new bed this week :) Oh and before I go let me shout out Robert too; I spoke with him on the phone earlier today and he was just as amazing!!!! Keep doing what y’all are doing and the customers will continue to come!!!
