We came to Mattress Firm after leaving a furniture store right across the street, feeling pretty dejected. But when we came in, Joshua greeted us and provided us with the best service imaginable. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and listened to our sleep concerns and budget concerns. We left with a fantastic bed for both ourselves and my mom. Mr. Bob was fantastic at helping my husband and I find an incredible mattress, adjustable frame, and 2 amazing pillows all within our budget while helping us accommodate both of our different sleeping needs. He helped us save at every turn without compromising quality. He walked us through the different options to make the best selections for the delivery. Robert C was amazing. He was knowledgeable about the products and very patient while we tried different brands and styles. He gave us the best price possible and explained every step of the way. Only downside was the process was not as smooth as it could be only because of a third party problem with setting up the payment plan. But can't wait to try out our new mattress!
