We went in unsure of exactly what we needed, besides that we needed a new mattress. We had never been mattress shopping before, and didn’t know what to expect. Michael went above and beyond in helping us figure out what would meet our needs, from the moment we walked in the door. He patiently showed us various styles and technologies and explained each one thoroughly. He did a great job with our kids that we had brought in, unsure of how lengthy the process would be. Michael was very attentive and answered our questions without being condescending. He helped us figure out pricing and what we would need to ensure we could return it, if for some reason it wasn’t a perfect fit for us. FIVE STARS for informative, personal customer service!
