Came in today to find a mattress that suited me and had an awesome experience! Ryan was really great about showing me all the mattresses that he recommended and answering all my questions. I had previously heard negative things about the mattress buying experience in general, so when the exact opposite happened here, it really surprised me. Jeremiah provided the best experience I could imagine, where he felt entirely down to Earth and "real" while clearly knowing what he was talking about and being willing to offer input without coming off pushy- that's not an easy balance for people in sales, and frankly I usually feel a bit annoyed more than anything, as I normally get the impression people are simply trying to get me to spend money with no regard for what's actually good for me. I also briefly chatted with Jerry (unsure of spelling), who seemed just as awesome. It seems you'll have a good experience no matter what, here (and the other location in Federal Way as well). If anyone I know is in the market for a mattress, I'm going to happily urge them to go here.

Bradley did a great job! He was able to guide us to the perfect mattress, and no hard cell. Sure, we ended up buying quite a bit more than we thought we would, but that was only because it was of great value and he was so nice!
