Ok- hated my old mattress, and I don’t like mattress shopping at all. But… desperate times and all that. Went to the Mattress Firm on Capital Mall Drive in Olympia. It was clean, easy parking, and good location. All the beds were organized to be able to get access to and the staff on (James and Mike I think) was really nice, knowledgeable and not pushy. They listened to what I was looking for and my price range and were able to show me several I might like. Super patient as I went back and forth the same beds as I flailed around like a wet fish attempting to mimic my sleep~ back , side, back, side resulting in “maybe’s and some hell no’s”. They were enjoyable and didn’t make me feel like a crazy person. Apparently this is normal and encouraged! 45 min later I was satisfied that I was making a good choice and put the door. The bed even came with the name “the Norman” well Stormin Norman it’s name shall be. The delivery crew (3rd party) was on time and quick! Alejandro and Demias were wonderful and funny! The whole experience was really good. The mattress comes with an amazing return policy to ensure this mattress works for me! YiPee! Super satisfied (and Dorito the Dog approved!)

AMAZING customer service! I purchased a mattress online and called into the store to confirm that the order went through and had a question regarding the order because I noticed that the promo didn’t work online and Shelly was so quick to get me answers and make sure to honor the promo! She made everything a breeze!

Very quick and helpful! Spencer had a Positive attitude. The part I liked the most was one of the first questions he asked was a price range and then he found us the best deal to fit it! There was no trying to talk us into spending more. The mattress is for my 6 year old, he took the time to ask her all the questions, and addressed her when looking at different mattresses. Love when kids are included and made to feel apart of things, especially when it’s for them. Oh, and cherry on top, it will be delivered Tuesday! (Sunday is purchase day).
