Alex was great. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. He took the time to walk us through the options and benefits. It was a personal experience and not just an in and out sale. We appreciate his time and expertise. Very good tips in how to care for our mattress. We had never been told there tips in our previous purchases over the years with other companies. Thank you! I have had two wonderful experiences with this location. Purchasing my first mattress here was a very detailed very in depth walk through. After needing to exchange my mattress after finding out my body had different requirements then I realized the store was amazing. My exchange was just outside of the policy period but the store manager was happy to help and able to make an exception and really paid attention to what was going to be best for me. Definitely recommend this store.

Dennis was absolutely amazing! He listened to my all of my needs and showed me all of the best options available to me. He was very patient and didn’t rush the process at all which made this even more of a personal experience for me. I didn’t feel like I was just a quick sale at all. I absolutely love getting mattresses at mattress firm because they are everywhere coast to coast and they always have the best deals on the best beds. Had a great experience here. Alexander was fantastic to work with! He went through multiple mattress brands/types with us, based on our feedback. Wasn't pushy at all, just extremely helpful. We decided to take a few nights to decide, but made it a point to come back when Alexander was working. We even ended up buying an additional mattress for one of our children!

This place is wonderful. I walked in, Jaycee met me quickly and we started discussing what I was looking for. He showed me a range of options that all fit what I was looking for, he even humored me with some mattresses that wouldnt really work for what I was looking for. He was not pushy, super informative, willing to work to find the best deal for his customers, and pretty decent at Madden I hear! I left completely satisfied with my purchase and excited to get a new bed.
