I visited the Richland Tapteal Mattress Firm Store to buy a mattress. I got waited on by sleep expert, Austin. He was fantastic. He gave the best customer service. He answered all of my questions, which were a lot. Not one did he ever cause me to feel as though I was a bother. He took his time to address all of my concerns. I absolutely recommend visiting this store if you're looking for a great shopping experience, without the added pressure to purchase. Visit this store for your sleep needs.

Austin was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right mattress for me. He showed me so many options and made it a pleasant experience. He was very personable. When I went back to the store to order the mattress after checking out some other stores, Cameron was very helpful in showing me the mattress I chose and allowing me to try it out. He helped me with the purchase and gave me the information about delivery, what to expect from a new mattress, and the 120 night sleep trial. My experience at Mattress Firm was a good one all around.

I was well taken care of by Matt Johnson at this location. He not only made sure I got the mattress and base I wanted. He made me aware that my current mattress was still under warranty and that I could make a claim and potentially get a new mattress for free! So if you are in need of a mattress I urge you to go see Matt. He will allow you to lay down on all the mattresses that I treat in the store, and believe there are a lot to chose from. So be prepared. And take you time to decide which is the right one for you! Thanks again Matt for a wonderful shopping experience!!
