I have no complaints. Today we were fortunate enough to work with Vance lightening. He was patient, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. He really helped us, worked within our budget, honored the price that was quoted to us a while back. This is why I keep returning to Mattress Firm, and have and will continue to refer many. Looking for a bed to get a good night's rest, ask for Vance, he knows what he's talking about. He cares about finding something that will help you feel rested when you wake up.

Walked into the store and was greeted by Andrea. Very upbeat and personable! I told her what i was looking for and she was immediately looking on the computer and making calls to other local stores to see what was in stock. She was very helpful and patient even though I changed my mind a couple of times on mattress choices. I did end up purchasing a mattress and box spring and was very pleased with the work she put in to help us. Thank you Andrea!

We started our bed shopping experience at Mattress Firm in Richland and spoke with Colby. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions, along with providing us a rough quote for a few options we were looking at. After visiting 3 more stores in the area and receiving similar pricing, we decided to come back to see Colby because he was not only the most personable and trustworthy, but had some flexibility with sale pricing and extras that he threw in for free or a significant discount. He was also very transparent about the delivery timing and what to expect when they arrive. I would highly recommend for the sales experience so far - will update the review after delivery if needed but I expect it to be flawless :)

My wife & I went in looking to upgrade our current mattress to something a little bigger & better and we were completely blown away with how knowledgeable Andrea is. She took her time & was so paitent with all our questions & we ended up walking away with a brand new bed frame & mattress for a pretty sweet deal! We had a great experience at Mattress Firm. We work with Joe Vargas. He was very perfessional and kind. We went in just looking for a pillow for my wife. We told them that we will also be needing a new bed in about 6 months and Joe took the time to show us everything even knowing we weren't going to buy a bed that day. We ended up walking out with 2 new pillows and a happy experience. Definitely recommend them.
