Carmen helped my mom find the best bed for her needs and truly cared about making sure she choose a mattress that would help her back and hip pain. She also helped us realize that a fully adjustable bed would be very helpful and comfortable for my mom as well. She helped her get financed and got us a great deal, very happy and excited for her new bed set. Excellent customer service…very knowledgeable, but not pushy. Absolutely no buyer’s remorse; I feel confident we picked out the best mattress for our growing teenager. We were able to buy a California king for a very reasonable price due to the current sale. This is our 2nd purchase from the Mattress Firm store in Snohomish.
